Create an index

A fixed-supply (1,000,000, never mintable), fully-composable index token. Every trade fee sends a fixed 10% to the protocol; the rest splits between a USDG reserve, buying the index back into the treasury, and basket-stock backing holders can redeem. Supply stays fixed at 1,000,000 — it is never minted.
